The Client operated in an environment heavily reliant on legacy and standalone applications, which posed challenges when remote work became imperative due to the pandemic. The client faced several challenges as below:



  1. Operation disruption due to outages.
  2. Limited user accessibility for work from home users.
  3. Delayed updates from key functions (Acquisition, Sales, Underwriting) resulting in improper and inconsistent management reporting.
  4. Declining Customer engagement and experience leads to reduced NPS scores.

The Ezycon team helped the client by augmenting their existing team with skilled and experienced resources with domain experience. This enabled the client to craft a comprehensive solution tailored to their needs.

Based on the Cloud migration assessment, Ezycon team executed a comprehensive Azure Cloud migration strategy to modernize the client's operations:

  2. Azure Virtual Machines: Legacy applications were transitioned to Azure VMs to enable scalability and remote accessibility.
